Change/Adjust the "From date" in Manage Rate Schedules

Hi all,

I have an issue where we have entered the wrong "from date" in Manage Rate Schedule. The from date should be the first of each month and not the second as highlighted in the screenshot below. However, the "From date" field is not adjustable. How can that be? It is fairly easy to enter the wrong date and then we can´t adjust it afterward.

Is it somehow possible to make the "From date"-field adjustable? Also, we have the same issue with expenditure organization. Where we need to be able to change this if the wrong expenditure organization is entered when the line is created.
