[BLANK] and [TC] - [Amount=NN] in process log while pushing data between planning instance

When I ran data load rule to push data between planning instance using data management, data is getting pushed to the target, I can see the right numbers in the adhoc excel but in the process log I see this.

After google search, I made few changes as below, but still I got the above rejects in file but the Workbench is good and data is transferred.

File Character Set to UTF-8

I set "Expression" as NZP; for "Amount" column.


Anyone faced similar issue? should I be bothered about this?
