Change Management Control functionality is not working as expected
Summary:
We have been testing the new Change Management Control functionality from the 23A release notes as part of activity sequencing and it is not performing as described in the release notes - Oracle Learning series: 3 - Learning administrators change management control — Cloud Customer Connect.
We have raised an SR (SR 3-32153138091), however with no apparent solution. Is there a way to enable activity sequencing and not have the change management control functionality?

1. For changes to ILT offerings such as changes to classroom/instructor/date & time, any learner who is not already enrolled sees the changes immediately before the learning administrator presses the reconcile learning assignments button. I am confused because the release notes said:
