EPM Automate User Creation Date

As part of our auditing process, I would like to see the User Creation Date in a report.

Content (required):

We have been asked to audit our systems, and part of the ask is to report on the User Creation Date. As far as I can tell, no report will give me this information through EPM Automate. Is anyone aware of how I can pull this data using EPM Automate ?
