Hello Experts,

We are working on implementing an interface to ensure that all Item specific actions are automatically synchronized in Oracle Fusion application through another application known as PTC Windchill.

Through the interface, we are able to create BOM (Item structure) in an org code: ORG_01... then we manually created Common Bill in ORG_02... 

Then we manually updated BOM in ORG_01 and the same changes were reflecting in BOM for ORG_02 (due to BOM commonization)...

However, when we update BOM through the Interface in ORG_01, the same changes are not reflecting in ORG_02 (which is the expected outcome)...
