PPC Revenue appears as Financial Resources in Forecast Actuals

When testing Forecast updates of Actuals (Revenue and Cost) we realised that the Actuals amounts for Revenue get allocated against the 'Financial Resources' resource. We want to know if this is the intended functionality and if can be changed to another Resource/Resource Class (for example Labor)
