Scheduled Processes - what is really needed?

Summary:

I've poured over the documentation and keep finding conflicting answers about what is really needed as scheduled processes. We have Redwood for Learners but not for Managers, Activity Sequencing and are at 23B. I see one page of documentation telling me Process Access Control Lists for Learning Items for OSCS must be scheduled, then another page telling me I no longer need this with 23B. Also, there is a Recondile learning catalog Item Activity changes that was needed for activity sequencing. Is this still needed? Overall, what do I really need to have scheduled?

Content (required):

Maybe Oracle needs a little tool that prompts do you have activity sequencing, on 23B, do you have Redwood learner, Redwood manager etc, then at the end it tells you what scheduled processes they suggest. Can anyone assist with this?
