master item should not populate same category belongs to different catalogs assignment

Summary:

we have 2 different catalog but having same category assigned to the item

for example Item:1000001

catalog1: EB inv catalog--> Bedhead conditioner

catalog2: EB Packing catalog-->Bedhead conditioner

item 1000001 is having both the categories assigned "Bedhead conditioner"

business wants the condition if same kind of categories assigned system should validate and popup any warning massage

can this be acheived through matching functions at item pages and attributes

???
