Can we upload "Manual Demand" measure data using FBDI against a supply plan?

Summary: In our current design we are loading sales forecast into demand plan every qtr. Now we have this another forecast data which we need to plan but we don't want to feed this forecast data into our demand plan. we want this forecast data to input directly into a supply plan so we thought of using "Manual Demand Measure". But after loading this measure data using FBDI the supply plan is not planning for it.

Have any one used Manual Demand measure like our requirement please let me know or any other way to feed the forecast demand into supply plan directly?
