Tax Rate Is Not Valid

Hi

We added one province in Geography and we have already run "Run Maintain Geography name referencing" process for "HZ_LOCATIONS" and "PER_ADDRESSES_F". We added tax jurisdiction and tax rate using the newly added province.

But when we try to test it we got the error that the tax valid is not valid. Could you please advise what may cause the issue?

If we are using the same tax rule, and use the old tax rate, it works fine. So we think the issue should be in tax rate.
