Can we define Project Calendar at Business Unit or Legal Entity level?

Content (required):

We are creating project from Financial Management and same project is used for Resource Management. We noticed that project calendar is defaulted from Project Management Implementation options although it can also be updated individually per project under Manage Project Details.
