what all is involved in the move to OCI Gen 2

Several clients are still on old classic FCC (not even hybrid version) and not DSO. They have received notification that they will be part of Wave 6 move to OCI gen 2. Will they need to upgrade their FCC app to hybrid and convert to DSO or will the app be migrated "as is"
