Can we bulk nest groups in FCC (Access control or elsewhere)?

Summary: We know how to assign users to groups in bulk in Access Control but we have a need to bulk nest a group in around 160 other groups and would like to know if there is a way to do this in bulk rather than one by one?

Content (required): This article says you can nest groups but it does not give any indication on if this is possible to do in bulk via a csv of some sort? https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/pappm/editgrp.html  We are trying to simplify our security model so that by nesting one of our groups in other groups we don't have to manually grant access to our users but would be good to know if we just have to add this group manually to 160 groups or if there is any way to perform this in bulk to gain some time.
