Capturing PO submitter/action initiator name for deriving BPM approver list for PO approval

• While submitting a PO for approval and generating the custom approver list (using SQL query in BPM workflow node), currently there is no way to capture Name of individual who clicks on ‘Submit’ button before the submission occurs. ‘Submitter/performer’ (person accessing the UI screen)is captured only after submission (in po_action_history). There is a possibility that buyer on the PO is not the final ‘Submitter’ of the PO performing the Submit action.
• This creates infinite cyclic reference when Approval Workflow attempts to retrieve the ‘submitted by’ person whereas the Submission has not yet completed in order to populate the field
