How to Prevent Current students from seeing Enrollment Status?
Summary:
Currently we import SDI/SDU and SAFIs into SFP after a first round of admissions decisions in order to start packaging and creating FA Offer Letters. The issue is that new program students - those that are currently students applying to new programs - are able to see 'admitted/not started' on their portal. Some of these New Program students will never be admitted to their program and officially decisions are not yet released to those that are admitted.
Preventing the 'admitted/not started' from being shown is critical to our business processes. The only way to prevent the student from seeing this currently is to 'Hide enrollment' from the enrollment page in SFP. However, this is impractical when needing to do it for multiple students. Furthermore, once hidden admin are not able to package or process the students' aid, etc. for that enrollment ID.
