Load Interface File for Import triggered from OIC

Summary:

We intend to build an integration between a source and Product Data Hub, this integration is responsible to bring files from the source to items. So far we mastered the "FBDI" process to generate the EGP_ITEM_ATTACHMENTS_INTF.csv file and we can import to UCM the csv and the files to be attached to the items. We're struggling on how to fire the "Load Interface File for Import" process correctly

Actually, we can fire the ESS job but it always end up with a log showing an error, because the job didn't find the csv file
