On labor schedules, can the expenditure organization default from the employee's record?

Similar to time cards, the expenditure organization is typically the employee's home department. In Time and Labor, we can default the employee's home department as the expenditure organization. In Labor Distribution, is there a way to default the employee's home department as the expenditure organization on labor schedules?
