We have a scenario where service providers are not supposed to be onboarded in OTM but they are eligible for the Spot bid tendering process. Is it possible to enable the spot bid tender process using EDI?

  • Is it mandatory to onboard service providers in OTM if they are supposed to participate in Spot Bid Tender Process?
