Pricing at model with no rollup

Summary:

I have a PTO model item which has option class and options. When I create a sales order and add the model, I want the model to have a standard price irrespective of the option chosen. But the options are FG items which can be sold alone and have their own price as well. How I prevent the roll up of the price and ensure parent always has price.
