How to model both In-transit and direct Interorg Parameters based on item?

We have below business case:

In case of internal Material transfers We have some items for which we want to perform the Receipt while for some items if transferred between same to organization we do not perform the receiving.

But in the inter-organization parameter we can either setup the transfer order type as - Direct/In-transit

Then in this case how can we achieve both the types of transfer orders?
