profile option on ed shipment form to restrict transaction date based on open accounting period

Summary:

To enable profile option on shipment form to not allow user to Ship confirm if the transaction date is in closed period

Content (required):

We have a requirement to disable all the transactions which are going to closed period (new period is not opened yet) and get an error message that transaction is not allowed and user has to backdate the transaction to previous open period to process it. We have a similar profile option available for inventory transactions but not able to find any similar option for Transfer orders and sales orders. Please suggest
