Total Required Activities shown in Specialization is incorrect

Hello
I have created a Specialization with 2 sections:
1) Health Section - Contains 6 Activities
2) Safety Section - Contains 8 Activities
This is how it should work:
Learning Admin assigns the Specialization to employees, and based on the local Access Groups the employees should see only those offerings where they satisfy the condition(that is based on position).
So the employee should see 8 Activities and Total Required Activities should be 8.
Such that on completion of these 8 activities the Specialization will get completed.
All the activities are required and mandatory for the employee to complete it.
Current Behavior:
