Summary: Can we remove the Delegate option in the Vacation Rule definition section in BPM?

Content (required): The Client Business has a requirement to remove the Delegate option, and only have the Reassign option visible to users creating Vacation rules in BPM.

They want to prevent the approvers from delegating their responsibilities to other users who may not be eligible for the delegation. So the Business wants only the Re-assign option to be available for users Creating Vacation rules in BPM.

Please let me know if it is possible.
