Extract - Actual Amount for # of Hours Worked Within Past 12 Months

Summary:

Extracting hours worked for an employee over the past 12 months.

Content (required):

One of our benefit vendors requires us to send hours an employee has worked. This is used to determine eligibility.

They require actual hours worked within the past 12 months. It is inclusive of mandatory overtime, but it excludes vacation, sick time, and holiday pay 12 months back from the run date of the file for all employees.

How would you go about retrieving this data in a HCM Extract? Seems like it would be a pretty standard thing to do in an Oracle extract.

Thank you for any guidance/help you might be able to provide.

Howdy, Stranger!
