Summary:

Can we allow absence negative balance upto Person's Annual Entitlement (Incremental Plan)?

Content (required):

The requirement is to allow negative balance upto annual entitement for an Incremental Plan and the total annual leave take should not excced annual entitlement.

Example: An employee has 24 days of annual entitlement, with 2 days/month incremental plan.

If employee wants to take leave of 22 days on January, the system should allow with negative balance as current balance od 2 days is there and the person can go negatve of 20 days on January

, but if he has utilized suppose 22 days of leave by November and wants to apply leave 4 days, then system should not allow.
