Statutory Packs with FCC

Summary: I would be interested to know if anyone has experience of producing statutory reports with the bulk of the data coming from FCC. The reports include manual input and text. Using Reports is possible to some degree but is not very practical - especially for multiple entities. Word or Excel could in theory be used to bring in the data using Smart View and then add text and manual data that is not in FCC. I assume the best approach is to use Narrative Reporting. How well does this work compared to using Word for example ?
