Display "No Record Found" in BI Report with XPT Template if query returns 0 Records

Looking for an option to display "No Record Found" in BI Report with XPT Template if query returns 0 Records without Impacting Performance.

Content (required):

We have BIP Reports built using XPT Template. we want to display "No Records Found" in the Report if query returns 0 Rows.I found Note "How to display "no data found" in case of empty reports ( Doc ID 2594036.1 )" but it is applicable only to RTF Templates. I have an option to create new Data Set with query displaying count and include that in new datatable below original Report. But that would impact the performance of the Reports.
