Planning Table level Advanced Member filter not working as expected

We want to pull top 10 items by Measure value using Advanced Member filters using seeded conditions (is in the Top).

But when we mention require criteria and click on Show Results button, its giving many records (more than 10)

Navigation > Open a Planning table in a demand plan > Table configuration > Members Tab > Product Dimension > Advanced Filter > Measure Criteria Tab
