how many people can log in under 1 user log in? 

The reason why I am asking is because we have Customer Pick up Carriers for which Transportation planners have to schedule pick up appointments in OTM. The volume is high. We are thinking to set up 1 user = CPU and give log in credentials to either customer's carriers or to the customers so they can schedule pick up appointments themselves.

If there are any other solutions for CPUs, please advise.
