Content (required):

We have two different sets of supplier users associated with two different user categories: Supplier_User (non-SSO enabled) and Direct_Supplier_User (SSO enabled). The current supplier notification (e.g., supplier response to Questionnaire - 'You are invited to respond to questionnaire ****') directs users to the login screen with the company SSO button enabled. However, this company SSO button is only applicable for internal company users. For supplier users with SSO enabled, they need to access the Partner Okta login screen, which will then redirect them to the designated screen. Considering that we want to support both supplier users with and without SSO
