Control Import project ESS Job Submission Split logic

Summary:

In Oracle PPM We have Seeded 'Import Project' Job which is used to create Projects.

We have loaded the csv file having around 10k Projects Using 'Load Interface File For Import' Job.

After successfully completion of the Load Interface Program We submitted 'Import Projects' Job without passing any parameter and what we observed is the 'Import Project' Job Submitted 3 times automatically and Parameters From ProjectName and To ProjectName taken automatically.

We need to know is there a way to check and increase the number of times Submitting the Import Project Job?
