Purpose of Visual Builder

Summary:

Hi,

There is a business requirement wherein a custom form or page needs to be designed. This page needs to be launch from SaaS ERP.

This page would be used by user to record some information (project, tenders confidential stuffs etc). This data needs to be stored (option to attach files) and should be routed for approval mechanism.

We are not integrating it back to SaaS ERP. Design just a page to capture information and route it to approval.

Can we map this requirement in Visual Builder or any other platform. Kindly assist.
