How to make an app driven OIC Integration to self compatible to itself

Summary:

Hi All,

We have an app driven integration which process a source file and load data to Saas.

This integration processes file sometimes with more time and we have scheduled integration with 15 mins frequency which submits the same above app driven integration and get it overlapped.

Could you please suggest anyway to make this app driven integration so that if one instance is already running it should wait for next run?
