Not able to make "Received by" field read-only

Summary:

In Receiving Lines screen, there is a "Received By" field, which I can make read-only via Sandbox. However, if I click on edit button, the "Received By" field can be modified. Kindly assist on how to make it read-only, so that the user would not be able to modify the Received by field during receiving.
