How to aggregate Basic Salary Cost but restrict aggregation of Employee Grades

How to restrict the aggregation of OWP_Basic Salary Account as an Employee Grade. The business team intends to aggregate Basic Salary Cost (OWP_Basic Salary with OWP_Expense Amount) but restrict aggregation of Employee Grades (OWP_Basic Salary with No Property) at Total Jobs and OWP_Total Employees. Kindly guide us on how to achieve the same.

We are working on the Workforce Planning and Forecasting solution using EPBCS out-of-box Workforce Module. We have a client requirement to represent the Total FTE, Total Headcount, and Total Workforce Compensation Cost for the selected POV. To achieve the same, we used a Formula Row option that will sum up all the data rows for the selected POV. However, this formula row also depicted the aggregation of multiple Smartlist values, such as Nationality, Marital Status, Employee Grade, etc. We handled the other employee properties such as Nationality and Marital Status by setting up the aggregation property set to Never.
