Setting Learning Initiative to run automatically

Setting Learning Initiative to run automatically when linked with analysis

Content

Hello,

I've set up a course/offering to be assigned to all new starters when they commence. I've created/scheduled a process to run to target all new hires with an analysis which is working well/capturing all new starters. I get email notifications twice a day which lets me know who has been added to this so I know that this is working.

My understanding of the learning Initiative function was that once this is set up & linked with this analysis, it automatically rolls out the Learning item to all new people who are added to this analysis. Eg, when setting up the initiative I have linked this with the new starter analysis and I assumed it would automatically roll out the Learning item to everyone who is added to the analysis after the start date.
