New Hire Requisition is throwing error in Workforce Planning

Summary:

When I Add a new Hire in the Workforce Planning, I get this error: "This year is not valid for the scenario. Select a valid year."

Should I look of out for any Variables? I have seen planning and forecasting under configure, which is from FY22 and I am hiring for the year 23. Also the Scenario OEP_Plan start year is 22.
