How to retrieve negotiation response pdf through BI Standard report in OIC?

I understood that there is no data model for the Negotiation response PDF report, so customizing is not possible. from the link below

But I have a requirement to get the response pdf for a particular response number as a search result to the user through OIC. Please guide me how to fulfill this requirement.

(Initially I thought of calling BI report into OIC after customizing the standard report for response pdf in sourcing. But after researching on this, I got to know that there is no data model attached to this report and hence no customization can be done)
