EPBCS Data Management YTD and PTD

Summary:

 currently, we are loading PTD numbers for PL accounts in EPBCS which is dependent on the previous month's YTD balance which is not being loaded. Hence, is it possible to load YTD numbers in EPBCS like how we are loading in FCCS and can the system calculate the PTD values based on the YTD numbers loaded?
