Add a Nonworker - Undo Personalization to Hide

edited Aug 22, 2018 2:58PM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Summary

Task items for New Person to Add a Nonworker and Contingent Worker were removed during implementation; Need to 'undo'

Content

During our implementation, our implementation partner was asked to hide New Person task options for all tasks other than "Hire an Employee" (including "Add a Nonworker," for example). We now want to investigate using this functionality in a test environment, but have been unsuccessful in enabling these items.

We have verified the user accounts have appropriate privileges / roles such as Nonworker Addition. We have verified the role's Data Security Policies on roles further permit access to data tables for Nonworker (e.g., name, email, personal information, etc.). We have verified the data role is not based on a security profile that limits to only 'worker/employee' person types.

Howdy, Stranger!
