Can we hide certain Supplier Address attributes for specific users?

Summary:

For specific suppliers (Tax Organization Type= Individual, Supplier Type= Employee), can we hide sensitive data like Address Phone Number and Address Line1? What all fields can be hidden from view at Supplier Address?

Can we create a custom role to hide certain address data from users view, whereas a Supplier Admin should have access to view all data fields. Is there any Role or Privilege details which controls these sensitive details/Data?

The requirement is to make certain fields like - Address Line1, Address Phone, Address Email, Address Fax etc hidden for users, whereas Supplier Admin should be able to view all details. Please confirm the Role & Privilege details which controls this.
