Responsys Program blocked at invoke stage
Hi,
we're developing an app that connects Responsys with a third party application. We built the following program by inserting our custom application:
When we run the program, we notice that the record blocked at custom app stage:
In particular, seeing the application log (attached file), we noticed that the error seems related to the invoke response (Unrecognized field "istance_id") .
We send it when OMS call invoke URL. We send this response body message (as described in documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/marketing/ams-develop/Developers/ams/develop/service-invoke.htm) :
