Error to Validate or Publish Program

Hi All,

The customer has an error when try to Validate or Publish after to setup the stage Application.

  1. Setup the stage Application:

2.Click "save

3 . Click "Validate" When They try to Validate the program Responsys displays "An error prevented the program from being validated".


4 . Or Click "Publish". When They try to Publish the program Responsys displays "Failed to publish the program".

We do not have more details on these errors.

Can you help us with this error?
