My app was installed on Responsys but it doesn't appear in Responsys Apps management

in CX Apps

Hello experts.


I developed an app that is already working for classic Responsys, however I tried to install this app on a Responsys Enterprise and the installation process worked. But when I opened Responsys to configure the app, no apps were showing in Responsys.


Can you tell me if there is a different process for Responsys Pro and Enterprise?
