Responsys AMS Integration - Certificate Error

Hi all,

I'm developing an integration between AMS and an external app to extend the capability of Responsys.

When the AMS triggers the Service Configure Url there is an error in the I-frame.

The error seems to be linked to a certificate problem, but as you can see in the attachment the certificate is recognized properly from the browser


why Responsys seems to don't accept a valid certificate?

What could it be a possible solution?
