What happens to the evaluation period of a decision step if you have to temporarily deactivate your canvas while contacts are sitting in the step, still being evaluated? When you reactivate your canvas, does the evaluation period pick up where it left off or does it reset to the beginning?
For example:
- I set the evaluation period of a Custom Data Object decision step for 1 week
- Contacts enter the step on Monday at Noon Central Time
- On Wednesday at Noon Central Time, I deactivate my canvas to add a new segment, then reactivate it 5 minutes later.
How long will the contacts remain in the decision step?
