Unable to download the Spreadsheet template to do the Approval Configuration as per SRC

Summary:

Hi Team,

First time we are attempting to create the approval rules through spreadsheet. But it is not allowing us to download the template.

We had performed the below steps as suggested in oracle Doc, still we are unable to download the template. Please let us know if there is any additional configuration required.

  1. Sign in to the application as a Financial Application Administrator.
  2. Verify if the Approval Routing Administration feature is enabled at Offerings > Financials > Opt In Features. Click the Edit icon for Financials. If the feature isn't enabled, select its check box.
  3. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to
