How to extract bulk data from MSC_REGIONS table using BICC

Summary:

There are 81,03,282 records in MSC_REGIONS table which is not achievable to extract all the data in a single file using BIP reports due to the following error - "Report data size of 5368709556 bytes exceeds the maximum limit of 5368709120 bytes"

So, came to know that BICC is one of the alternative approaches for extracting Hugh amounts of data. As part of this approach referred below database lineage mapping spreadsheet for MSC_REGIONS table. Unfortunately, we could not find Business Intelligence View Object for MSC_REGIONS database table in the below link.
