Where is Business Classifications information are stored?

Summary:

We want to build a custom report which shows the Supplier Registration requests where we need to display the Classifications along with the attachment names. We can see those information in below page:

Supplier --> Manage Supplier Registration Requests --> then search based on our request number --> Business Classifications

We want to know from which database table we can query Business Classifications data along with the attachment names.

we used below tables for our customized report , but we could not able to find the attachment name of files attached in classifications while requesting the supplier registration.
