What services are needed and what are the costs for ODCS repository.

We are considering to move from SVN to some cloud service. Current favorite is Attlassian/Bitbucket. 
I tried to find out if this is possible using Oracle Developer Cloud Service, but it is not clear what additional services need to be used and what costs to expect for those.  Like Storage or PaaS. 

Can anyone give some informations about that or share experiences with repositories in the Oracle cloud?
